Turia One

Why Us

Most teams do not need another tool. They need fewer.

The cost of a stitched stack is not the licence fees. It is the re-entry, the reconciliation and the questions nobody can answer without opening four tabs. Turia One removes the seams rather than adding another tool across them.

What is different

Six things you will notice in the first fortnight.

01

One database, not fifteen integrations

Attendance feeds payroll. Closed tasks feed billing. A won lead becomes a client. Nothing syncs overnight, because nothing was ever in two places.

02

Configured before you arrive

Your industry ships with its task templates, billing model, approval chains and default agents already built. You edit rather than start from an empty screen.

03

Automation you can audit

Agents run in dry-run mode first and log every action they take. Automation that nobody can explain is worse than no automation.

04

Built for the channel clients use

WhatsApp on the official Business API, with history on the client record instead of an employee’s phone.

05

Serious about access

Role-based visibility, IP allow-listing, disclosed monitoring and an attributable trail on every record change.

06

A person, not a documentation link

Onboarding is run by a named implementation contact who configures the system with you and stays reachable after go-live.

Side by side

A stitched stack versus one workspace.

Area Stitched stack Turia One
Client record Split across CRM, drive and inbox One record with work, docs, money and history
Attendance → payroll Exported and re-keyed each month Closed attendance flows straight into the run
Work → invoice Reconstructed from memory at month end Closed tasks and time queue for billing
Client conversations On personal phones and private inboxes On the client record, owned by the firm
Automation Fragile zaps nobody maintains Agents with dry-run and a full action log
Adding a module A new vendor and a new migration A switch, with your data already there

What the first month looks like.

No implementation partner, no six-month programme, no invoice before you have seen it work.

    Week 0 — Mapping call

We walk through how your team works today and which seam is costing you most. You leave with a configuration plan, whether or not you buy.

  2. 2

Week 1 — Import and configure

Clients, employees and open work come in. Your task templates, billing model and default agents are set up with you, not handed to you.

  3. 3

Week 2 — Live on one module

The team starts working in the module that hurts most. Everything else stays where it is until this one is a habit.

  4. 4

    Week 3–4 — Widen

Switch on the adjacent modules. Because the records are shared, there is nothing to migrate a second time.

FAQ

The questions worth asking us

Still unsure whether it fits how your team actually works? Ask us the awkward version of the question — we would rather answer it now than after you have migrated.

Talk to us

We already use three tools that mostly work. Why change?

The tools are rarely the problem — the seams between them are. If your team re-enters the same client into two systems, or reconstructs a month of work to raise an invoice, that cost is real and recurring. Start with the one seam that hurts most and judge it there.

What does migration actually involve?

Clients, contacts, leads, open tasks and employees import from CSV or your current tools. We map the fields with you once on the onboarding call, then run the import. Historical closed work can be brought in or left behind — your call.

How is pricing structured?

A flat monthly base that covers your first five users on either the Standard or Growth plan, plus a per-seat charge above that. There is no cap on clients, tasks or records — the only quota is document storage, at 5 GB on Standard and 25 GB on Growth.

What happens if we want to leave?

Your data exports in full — clients, tasks, documents, invoices and employee records — in standard formats. There is no exit fee and no notice period beyond the current term.

Do you support teams outside India?

Yes. Payroll statutory handling is India-specific today; every other module works anywhere, with multi-location holiday calendars and currency support.

How quickly can we be live?

A single module is usually live the same week. A full rollout across sales, delivery, workforce and finance typically takes two to four weeks, most of it spent importing and configuring rather than waiting.
